Private infrastructure investment in SOC has been increasing rapidly, but there is no clear standard for the rate of return. This study used 5 methods to determine the appropriate level of return: existing research analysis, case studies, financial index analysis, analysis of investors' returns, and analysis of real estate market returns. The researchers found the suitable rate of return for private infrastructure investment in the domestic market.
