Proper management of small rural watersheds is crucial for improving water quality in larger areas. To achieve this, a study investigated the feasibility of water quality goals, short and long-term management plans, and funding sources in the Hampyungchun watershed. The study identified key parties and their roles in watershed management and recommended a hybrid model combining government and NGO approaches for effective organization.
