The study looked at how comfortable teachers' living quarters are in cold regions during winter. They measured the temperature and humidity in bedrooms at night, tested different ways to add humidity, and assessed the overall comfort level. The results showed that the rooms were around 22.2°C with 47.56% humidity, and adding humidity made a difference. The study found that one room was the most comfortable.
