The study analyzed the innovation abilities of medium-sized industrial enterprises in Henan Province. They looked at factors like innovation environment, awareness of innovation, R&D capability, and manufacturing capacity. The results showed that while these enterprises have improved overall, they still lag behind national levels in manufacturing and innovation.
