The study investigated the suitability of two types of soil, gley chernozem from SD Timisoara and haplic luvisols from Bozovici, for growing grain legume crops like peas, soybeans, and lupines. The researchers used Pedology Studies to assess the favorability of these soils based on established soil classification systems.
