Also, having more stocks makes your investment move more like the overall market. Surprisingly, randomly picking stocks can do better than carefully choosing them based on analysis. A small portfolio of 16 stocks is diverse, less risky than the market, and performs well. This research helps investors understand how to analyze stocks, calculate risk, and manage their investments in the Philippines.
