The study looked at the quality of semen from Murrah bulls by analyzing various characteristics. They found that reaction time was positively correlated with semen volume, while semen density was linked to sperm motility and concentration. Live sperm was related to semen density and motility. Abnormalities in sperm were negatively correlated with certain characteristics. Overall, the study showed that different aspects of semen quality in buffalo bulls are connected to each other in significant ways.
