Ground nut oil beats palm oil in reducing blood sugar levels.
The study looked at how palm oil and groundnut oil affect blood sugar and antioxidants in diabetic rats. They gave the oils to diabetic rats and found that both oils lowered blood sugar levels. The rats that had groundnut oil had higher levels of antioxidants in their blood compared to those that had palm oil. This shows that groundnut oil is better at improving antioxidant levels in diabetic rats.
