Revolutionizing Potato Farming: New Fertilizer Combo Boosts Yields Dramatically!
The study looked at how different combinations of nitrogen and potash fertilizers affect the growth and yield of potatoes. They tested 8 different treatments on a specific potato variety. The best results came from using 40% nitrogen as base and seed bed fertilizer, 20% nitrogen as budding fertilizer, and 60% potash as base fertilizer. This combination produced the highest yield of 39,186.0 kg/hm2. Another effective combination was using 80% nitrogen as base fertilizer and 10% for seed bed and budding, along with 80% potash as base and 20% for budding, resulting in a yield of 35,434.5 kg/hm2. These findings can help improve potato production in the field.
