Employees' Positive Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility Boosts Organizational Effectiveness
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Korea is perceived to positively impact a company's financial performance. Previous research focused on organizational aspects of CSR, but now there is a growing interest in how employees' perception of CSR can enhance organizational effectiveness. Analysis of existing studies on employees' CSR perception in Korea shows a focus on understanding motivations for CSR activities and levels of engagement. However, there is a need for more research on the factors influencing employees' perception of CSR. Future research directions include exploring new perspectives on the negative aspects of CSR perception, investigating the interaction between perception and motivation, and considering individual and organizational characteristics as precursors to CSR perception.
