The Chinese government has been working on a new way of urbanizing cities since 2014. They want to focus on people, sharing benefits, sustainability, and harmony. Anhui province is a good example of this new urbanization. They are helping rural workers become city residents and changing the household registration system. But, this change is making housing prices go up quickly. So, while the new urbanization plan has good ideas, it also has some problems like expensive housing.
