The study analyzed green innovation in Chinese paper manufacturing using spatial statistics and econometric models. The researchers found significant spatial autocorrelation in green innovation, with R&D investment by enterprises driving most of the progress. Collaboration between universities and enterprises did not have a significant impact on innovation spillovers. Knowledge spillovers were present but not significant. The study suggests recommendations based on these findings.
