The study looked at how leadership and management skills impact service delivery in Bushbuckridge Local Municipality. Researchers investigated if municipal officials and councillors have the necessary skills for their roles, and how environmental and organizational factors affect service delivery. They also examined the effectiveness of ward committees in public participation and how leadership capacity influences service delivery. The study used a mix of qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, involving 67 participants from the municipality.
