The article examines how the COVID-19 pandemic affected Croatia's finances. It looks at how the country's economy and government policies were impacted, and how much financial flexibility Croatia had before and during the crisis. The study also compares Croatia's response to the pandemic with other European countries. The findings show that Croatia mainly used direct fiscal measures to address the crisis, which were effective locally but not as extensive as in some other EU nations.
