Unemployment is a big problem that governments want to fix. There are different reasons why people can't find jobs, like not enough demand for workers, not having the right skills, or only being needed at certain times of the year. When the job market is balanced, there will still be some people without jobs. This is called the natural rate of unemployment. Having people out of work means the economy isn't doing as well as it could. Governments have different ways to help reduce unemployment based on what's causing it.
